Data controller
This site is run by Don Boedo, a neighborhood pizzeria located at Av. Boedo 849, Boedo, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +54 11 5765-7781, by phone at +54 11 4931-6898 or in person at the restaurant.
What data we collect
This site has no forms or user accounts: we don't ask for your name, email or phone number. The only data collected is browsing data, gathered automatically through Google Analytics: the pages you visit, how long you stay, which site you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country), inferred from your IP address.
When you order via WhatsApp, by phone, through Rappi or PedidosYa, you do so outside this site. We use the data you share on those channels only to prepare and deliver your order. Rappi, PedidosYa and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies.
What we use the data for
We use browsing data only to get general visit statistics and improve the site, for example to see which menu sections are viewed most. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. This site doesn't set its own cookies. Google Analytics uses the following cookies:

Third-party services
To display the maps, the site loads a Google service that receives your IP address when you open the page:
- Google Maps, on the Pizzerias page, to show the maps of our locations.
The site's fonts are loaded from our own server, without using any external services.
Links to Rappi, PedidosYa, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Google and Tripadvisor take you to external sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How to disable cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops your visits from being recorded. The site keeps working normally if you disable cookies.
Your rights
Under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, you can request access to your data and have it corrected, updated or deleted. To do so, contact us through the channels listed under "Data controller".
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in Article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
